Sam and Dean are investigating mysterious deaths. One of which is a man that was crushed to
death by a car in his apartment on the 10th floor. Another is a man that get chased down by a
dog and then bitten to death in a diner bathroom where no customers ever saw
the dog. Turns out the first man had
run a little girl over but it was ruled an accident and the second had a dog
fighting operation before. Both men
were reformed. They find some red dirt
at both scenes.
They figure out that the red clay came from an abandoned
apple farm. While Sam goes to
investigate, Dean goes to a bar. Sam
runs into a man being chased by something and he finds out the man just got out
of prison for killing a couple when he was 18 years old. While he was drinking he was transported to
an apple farm and put on trial again by a bald man.
After talking to Bobby they figure out that it is Osiris,
the Egyptian God of the dead that is at fault.
He takes people with guilt, even if it’s small and decides if they
should die or not. So of course Bobby
just says to leave since Dean is full of guilt. Sam tries calling Dean and gets no answer and when he gets to the
bar, his phone is on the ground and he’s gone.
The old man that was in prison gets left alone at the motel,
with salt surrounding a chair. But he
gets scared and leaves and gets killed.
Sam goes to the Orchard and finds Osiris and Dean is tied
up. He is on trial for all the guilt he
feels. The first witness that is called
is Jo Harvelle. The second witness is
Sam. Dean is next on the stand. Osiris says he’s guilty unless he wants to
call the last witness to the stand.
Dean knows that this will be Amy (the Kitsuni that he killed last week
and he hasn’t told Sam about) so he just goes with guilty. Osiris tells him that he’ll have time to get
things in order.
Sam of course calls Bobby and they figure out that Osiris
can be put to sleep for a century or so by being stabbed with a ram’s
horn. So Sam figures out he can get it
from the Synagogue in town. Meanwhile
Dean is surrounded by salt and Jo comes.
She feels bad because Osiris is making her kill him. She turns the gas on the stove and is ready
to ignite it when Sam stabs Osiris and Jo disappears.
At the end Dean still doesn’t tell Sam about killing Amy.
