Book in a Series - Hush, Hush Series

Don't you hate it when you are reading a book and it's part of a book series and you have to wait FOREVER for the next book to come out.  Then you get the next book and you can't remember where it left off?  Well I'm going to summarize a book in a series that I've read so that when I get the next book I can look at my summary and know what happened.  Warning, the following contains spoilers!

Silence - 10/14/11

Patch was a fallen Angel in Hush, Hush and he saved Nora's life at the end of that book and became her Guardian Angel.

Scott, a childhood friend of Nora has just moved back into town.  So her mother invites him and his mom over and has Nora give Scott a tour of the town.  Her and Patch break up after having an arguement.  Also she is trying to find out what really happened to her father on the night he died.  She is also having strange dreams and sees Marcie's father in them, Frank Millar.  She ends up going to a bar with Scott and there she sees Marcie hanging all over Patch.  A fight breaks out and a gun goes off and Patch gives her the keys to his jeep to get home.

Nora is suspicious of Scott and breaks into his room and steals a box.  There is something there about the "Black Hand" and she tries to find out what it is.  She thinks someone is following her.  Scott comes to her house and demands the ring back.  Then Rixon comes in with Vee and a fight breaks out between Scott and Rixon.  Scott is taken into police custody and they figure out he is a nephillim.  

Vee, Rixon & Nora go to the amusement park and while they are there, Scott breaks out.  He comes looking for Nora and Rixon grabs her and tells her he's taking her to a safe place.  She touches Rixon's scar and sees that he is the one that killed her father.  He says the only reason he was dating Vee was to get close to Nora.  He wants to use her as a human sacrifice.  Patch comes in time and saves her.  He send Rixon to hell.  

Patch and Nora tell eachother they love eachother and then Frank Millar comes (he's Nora's real father).  Patch in her mind tells her to run and get in his jeep when he starts fighting.  The last line in the book is Frank saying "Tell me Nora.  Was it you who killed my dear friend, Chauncey Langeais?"
