Sam and Dean start to investigate. Dean is hesitant because he's not sure "it's their kind of thing" but goes along with it. Also he's been drinking from Bobby's old flask. They find that there has been several dead men with the symbol carved on their chests.
Dean just goes to a bar to drink and meets a woman (it's aunt Jenna from The Vampire Diaries). He tells her that he's successful and she brings him back to her place. Meanwhile Sam finds a professor to tell them what the symbol means and it has to do with the Amazons.
The next day, Dean finds out he left the flask at the woman's house and visits her to get it back. When he goes there he finds she has a baby. We see her pregnant right after the night with Dean and then give birth. The little girl, Emma can talk well and so Dean stakes out the place. Women come to get the little girl and it's all of a sudden a 7 year old girl named Emma. Whoa!
Sam and Dean find some text in Greek that might be related to the Amazons and so they get the professor to translate. Seems that the Amazons breed every two years and the child grows up very rapidly. And all the fathers end up dead. While Sam is talking to the professor, Dean gets a visit from a teenage Emma. She claims she wants to run away and that she's not like the others and wants his help. As soon as Dean turns his back she tries to kill him. Dean hesitates in shooting her but Sam does not as he comes in just in time to save Dean.
