Peanut Butter Bites

X & O both have been getting Highlights & High Five magazine for over a year now.  They both absolutely love it and there's usually a craft or recipe in them.  We will sometimes do them.  Well last night O asked me to read her High Five magazine to her and we get to the end and there's a recipe for peanut butter bites.  It's recipes that kids can make with an adult.  She insisted on making them and since we had almost all the ingredients I agreed.

Peanut Butter Bites:
2 Graham Crackers
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp Honey
1/4 cup Shelled Sunflower Seeds
2 Tbsp Raisins

I used animal crackers instead of graham crackers and used my Ninja to chop them up.  It says to have them put them in a bag and crush them.

We mixed the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar and honey together.  We did not have sunflower seeds so we left them out.  Then O added a mini box of raisins, which I think is 2 tbsps.

We both rolled, but O ended up doing most of them so I could take pictures.  After rolling them you roll them in the crackers to coat them.

We put them in the fridge and then ate them.  They were actually quite tasty.

I haven't been to your Blog for a while. I love the design. I still haven't set one up for myself. Someday! Cute pictures of O and the "bites" look yummy!
