Book in a Series - Southern Vampire (Sookie Stackhouse) Series

Don't you hate it when you are reading a book and it's part of a book series and you have to wait FOREVER for the next book to come out.  Then you get the next book and you can't remember where it left off?  Well I'm going to summarize a book in a series that I've read so that when I get the next book I can look at my summary and know what happened.  Warning, the following contains spoilers!

It's been almost a year since I read this book.  I wish these books would come out faster, I hate waiting so long between books.

Merlotte's gets firebombed while Sookie is working.  First it is believed that it is anti-shifters that are trying to get to Sam but then we find out it was Sandra Pelt trying to kill Sookie.  Eventually Sandra gets killed by Sookie & Jaylanne.

She also enlists Amelia's help in breaking the bond between her and Eric.  The reason she does this is to see if their feeling for eachother is due to the bond or true feelings.  She finds out they are true feelings.  Because she breaks the bond she is more vulnerable for attacks, specifically from Victor.  Whom Eric & Pam are plotting to kill.

Bill is not happy with his sister and she eventually leaves and he tells Sookie that he still loves her.  Also Alcide tries to get in bed with her.  So Sookie has Bill, Alcide & Eric after her.
