In the concluding volume of
Stieg Larsson’s Millenium trilogy, Lisbeth Salander lies in critical condition
in a Swedish hospital, a bullet in her head.
But she’s fighting for her
life in more ways than one: if and when she recovers, she’ll stand trial for
three murders. With the help of Mikael
Blomkvist, she’ll need to identify those in authority who have allowed the
vulnerable, like herself, to suffer abuse and violence. And, on her own, she’ll seek revenge—against
the man who tried to kill her and against the corrupt government institutions
that nearly destroyed her life.
4/5 stars (really liked it)
I thought the first two
books in the trilogy were really good but this is by far the best one. I could not put the book down. I love the writing style and how the author
gives me so much information on characters.
People and stories that I would never thing would fit together do and it
works. I really liked the conclusion to
this story and how things actually did wrap up. Great book!
